We begin by looking at why anxiety, overthinking and overwhelm make much more sense when you understand thought differently.

You’ll start to see how your experience is being created from the inside out, why thought can feel so incredibly real, and why the fact that something feels convincing doesn’t automatically mean it is true.

Video 2: Fear is not Wisdom

In the second video, we look at fear, discomfort and uncertainty.

You’ll begin to see why fear can feel loud, urgent and convincing, but still not be wisdom. We’ll also explore why discomfort does not mean danger, and why waiting for certainty often keeps us restricted.

Video 3: What It Means to Become Unrestricted

I spent many years severely anxious, overwhelmed and convinced there was something wrong with me.

In my early twenties, I was hospitalised for panic, anxiety and depression. I had panic attacks constantly. I became frightened of my own experience and, for a long time, I believed the answer was to fix myself.

So I tried everything.

Therapy, techniques, training, books, tools, courses, all of it.

Some things helped in their own way, but underneath it all, I still carried the same belief.

Something is wrong with me.

Eventually, I came across an understanding that changed how I saw anxiety, thought, fear, and myself. It changed my life so profoundly that it changed how I worked too.

I moved away from traditional psychotherapy and began sharing this understanding with others.

That work eventually became The Unrestricted Model®.

This mini course is a gentle introduction to that work.
