The Wisdom in The Wobble

The Three Principles·sarie taylor·Jul 30, 2025· 2 minutes
Some days, I wake up and I just feel off. Everything gets on my nerves.
I overthink the tiniest things. I cry at an advert on tv.

In the past, that would have sent me into panic mode.
I’d think, “What’s wrong with me? Why am I like this again? What do I need to do to get out of it?”

But now? I see those moments so differently...

Wobbles Aren’t Failures. They’re Human.

We live in a world that tells us to fix every uncomfortable feeling.
We’re encouraged to always be ‘on’, always positive, always coping.

But what if being wobbly isn’t a problem?
What if it’s just part of being alive?

Since understanding The Three Principles, I’ve come to see that my wobbles don’t mean I’m broken, failing, or going backwards. They simply mean I’m caught up in thought.
And thoughts move.

Don’t Fix It, Feel It

Instead of scrambling to get out of a low mood, I’ve learned to do something radical: nothing.

I don’t try to fix it.
I don’t overanalyse.
I just notice it.
I name it.
I remind myself that I’m feeling thought in the moment, and that’s all.

From that place, things shift so much quicker. Not because I’ve tried to control them, but because I haven’t.

Your Wisdom Is Always There

Even when you feel disconnected, uncertain, or deeply anxious, your wisdom hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s just that you have lost sight of it.
The storm doesn’t destroy the sky.
And you don’t need to wait until you’re feeling better to access your inner guidance. Sometimes, just knowing that your feelings are temporary is enough to bring the calm.

Final Thoughts

Wobbles are not signs of weakness. They’re signs that you’re human.

And when you stop fearing your humanity, something beautiful happens: space opens up.

Inside my membership, we talk openly about the wobble moments. We explore how the Three Principles help us move through life with more grace and less panic.

You don’t have to fix yourself to feel better. You just have to understand what’s going on underneath.
