Anxiety was just my own version or story of stress, overwhelm and overthinking, but we are all different in the way we experience life.
This journal is also wonderful if you are loving life and want to capture and reflect on that too.
Let’s face it, its often a mixture of both anyway!
I wanted this journal to be available so that those who want to reflect more in depth with the Insight Card Deck had a space to do so. I usually pick a card daily (some days I forget or just don’t feel like it!) and then I will write the quote on the front of the card at the top of my page. I will then set a timer for 15 or 20 minutes and just write whatever comes to mind for me!
I find that I will go off in all kinds of directions in my thinking, but I allow this flow, in fact I embrace this flow as it shows me things I never knew were even on my mind. It also inspires me to write and share all sorts of content for my business too.

I spent the first part of my career in the corporate world working in a variety of sales roles, finishing up running a division of a recruitment agency. I then embarked on the next part of my career training as a psychotherapist, whilst also working on a variety of projects in the criminal justice service, probation and prisons. You could say I had a varied career until I found my purpose and passion, exactly where I am now!
