Like clockwork, from October onwards I’d feel myself tightening up, bracing for impact, and quietly wishing the whole thing would just hurry up and end.
I actually used to envy those people who loved Christmas. You know the type - twinkly-eyed, humming along to Mariah Carey, buzzing about the lights and the plans. Meanwhile I was just trying to get through it.
But that’s not my experience anymore. I’m now that (slightly annoying!) person who genuinely looks forward to the season - not because life magically became easier, but because my relationship with pressure and stress completely changed. And in this session, I want to show you what shifted and how it can shift for you too.
