In this All About session, I’ll be sharing the powerful insights that have supported me through my own journey - through cancer treatment and into the ongoing reality of managing longer-term symptoms and adjustments.
This isn’t about fixing or fighting.
It’s about softening.
It’s about understanding the role of thought in our physical experience and creating space for more ease, compassion, and peace - even when symptoms persist.
You’ll learn:
Why our experience of the body is always filtered through thought
How stress, fear, and resistance add an invisible weight to illness
What shifts when we relate to our health with greater understanding and presence
I’ll also be joined by the brilliant Jody Foster - a diabetic specialist nurse who lives with a chronic illness herself and brings both clinical knowledge and deeply personal insight to this conversation.
This session is for anyone navigating health challenges, supporting someone who is, or simply looking for a more peaceful relationship with their body.

I’ll also share how I went from feeling constantly unsafe away from home to now travelling and driving with ease. And why that shift had nothing to do with learning coping techniques - and everything to do with seeing something new.

About Jody:
Jody Foster is a certified Worldwide Well-Being Coach currently working toward her ICF accreditation. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, she brings deep compassion, clinical expertise, and a calm, grounded presence to her coaching practice.
Jody specializes in supporting individuals living with chronic illness or navigating high levels of stress. Her background includes neuro-rehabilitation for head and spinal injuries, diabetes specialist nursing at Manchester Royal Infirmary, and primary care. She’s also worked as a medical educator for a global tech company and holds a nurse prescribing qualification.
Living with type 1 diabetes for over 25 years, Jody understands firsthand the emotional and physical demands of long-term conditions. She has supported young people transitioning from pediatric to adult diabetes care and worked with individuals experiencing diabulimia and insulin-related self-harm.
Her coaching is holistic, empathetic, and empowering — helping clients reconnect with their well-being and find resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
