Your Zone of Genius Isn’t Out of Reach - You’re Just Not Living There (Yet)

Let’s talk about that part of you that feels alive. Lit up. Effortless. In flow. That’s what I call your Zone of Genius - and it’s more powerful than you realise.

It’s that space where your natural talents, lived experiences, and inner wisdom collide. Where you feel most like you. And if you’re anything like the lovely people I work with inside my membership when they first join, you probably only visit that space… when life allows it. When you’re not too overwhelmed. When you’ve ticked enough off the list.

But what if your Zone of Genius wasn’t a reward for surviving stress?

What if it’s actually the key to leaving all that stress behind?

You Don’t Have to Work Harder to Be in Your 'Zone of Genius'

We’ve been conditioned to believe success means doing more, pushing harder, and staying busy.

But here’s the thing: The more I slowed down, the more I accomplished.

And I don’t mean “getting more done.” I mean feeling clearer, calmer, and more aligned while getting things done.
During my recent cancer treatment, I had less time, energy, and capacity than ever before. And yet, my business didn’t collapse. It actually grew in ways I hadn’t expected. Because I wasn’t constantly on 'go go go' mode. I was aligning.

I showed up from a grounded place - even for just an hour here and there. And that made all the difference.

Your Genius Might Be Hiding in Plain Sight

We all have a kind of superpower wisdom. A way of being that’s so natural to us, we often overlook it.
It might be:

  • Turning chaos into calm
  • Spotting patterns other people miss
  • Creating connection wherever you go
  • Simplifying things that seem complicated
We don’t see it because we think genius has to be big and flashy. But your genius might just be the thing you do without thinking - the energy you bring, the clarity you offer.

When you learn to trust that, your world starts to shift.

It’s Not About Doing More. It’s About Doing What’s Yours

If you’re feeling stuck or like you’ve lost yourself in the noise of anxiety, overwhelm, or constant responsibility - maybe you don’t need to push harder.

Maybe you need to slow down and remember who you really are. To move through life from presence and peace - not pressure.

Yes, we talk about anxiety.

But we also talk about unlocking your insight. Getting unstuck. Finding your voice again. And showing up as the most you version of you.

Because real freedom? It’s not about doing it all.

It’s about doing what only you can do.

Reconnect with your inner wisdom - I'll show you how!

Are we overcomplicating mental health?

The continuous spiral of talking about mental illness and neglecting to discuss mental health that’s within us all!

Finding herself in a mental hospital for a month aged 22, her worst fears of going crazy had come true! Sarie truly believed she was broken for many years, and now sees that this was in part due to massively over complicating what it meant be a human being. After a long period of exploring and training as a psychotherapist, still burning out every 18 months for another ten years, Sarie finally found the answer, and now shares the surprising simplicity of it all to help others get the same relief.

Sarie has trained as a transactional analysis psychotherapist, as well as working and training in many other therapeutic disciplines, such as NLP, CBT, DBT and hypnotherapy. Sarie is also an author, celebrity coach and therapist, working with thousands of people a year, of all ages, all over the world. Her main aim is to help them really see the simplicity and beauty behind human nature, getting out of their heads and into their lives, being able to see that the inside out nature of life really is a gift. This removes limitations and stories they may hold about themselves, and as a result finding an ease and contentment in life they often never knew was possible.
