It feels like a limitless amount of content I can work through at my own pace. I actually enjoy checking in on the anxiety calls regardless of what I'm feeling in the moment, I know it's probably good for me in the long run. I'd say try it, you've got nothing to lose. Just do a month and if you don't feel like you're getting anything out of it you can drop it. There's no commitment which I love because money can be an added stress. But I'm almost certain you'll find something useful in there and you won't want to give it up!
